Corporate Yoga

Doing yoga after work has many benefits for both the mind and body. After a long day of sitting in front of a computer or being on your feet, yoga can help stretch and release tension in the muscles. It can also help improve posture and flexibility over time.


 

This program runs for $560 for 8 x 1hr Sessions per pax.

 

This program runs for $700 for 8 x 2hrs Sessions per pax.

Wellness in Writing

As we embark on the journey of calligraphy, we will find that there is always something new to learn and refine. Thus, to start off, we will refine our basic strokes together and everyone’s standard will be lifted as a class. However, as everybody learn at a different pace based on personal preferences, learning styles and lifestyles, individual consultation is necessary to ensure that your learning is optimal and that maximum personalised instructions can be offered.

Thereafter, good practice makes perfect and practice also results in the acquisition of better knowledge and nothing is more motivating and encouraging than practising with a bunch of like-minded peers who are moving towards the same goal.

We believe that one can grow faster by asking questions, so we invite you to ask away during our one-to-one consultation. We will give you an answer if we can, or if we don't, we can all figure it out together, better yet, we might ask you a question to help us all think. This is a space where we hope our minds and bodies can work as one to answer questions we've yet to encounter. Hopefully it will be as fulfilling for you as it will be for us.

(Participants are recommended to attend at least 8 sessions and more.) This will be a long standing program.

Paper & Pencil will be provided but please bring along your own ink and straight pen holders. (If you don't own any, we will provide you with the necessary information for purchase.)

 

Calligraphy & Yoga


A beautiful combination of Calligraphy & Yoga to built a more holistic practice, binding your mind and body as one.

Sessions are held at the convenience of your location.

With a min of 1 pax & max of 4paxs. 2hrs Session, 1st hr - Calligraphy followed by the next 1 hr of Yoga.

First Hour

We will begin with an hour of Calligraphy.

As we embark on the journey of calligraphy, we will find that there is always something new to learn and refine. Thus, to start off, we will refine our basic strokes. Or as a group, working together so everyone’s standard will be lifted as a class. However, as we all learn at a different pace based on personal preferences, learning styles and lifestyles, individual attention is necessary to ensure that your learning is optimal and that maximum personalised instructions can be offered. Thus the max of only 4 pax per session.

Thereafter, good practice makes perfect and practice also results in the acquisition of better knowledge and nothing is more motivating and encouraging than practising and improving or growing with a bunch of like-minded peers who are moving towards the same goal.

Second Hour

We will follow up the next hour with Yoga*.

Similar to our study in Calligraphy, structured to help built a strong foundation, we will begin with

building a good understanding of your body and foundation in Asanas so as we progressively move into a flow, you’ll be equipped to make the proper connection to your body.

* Requirements you to have a yoga mat of your own.

 

Corporate Wellness in Writing

Welcome to a unique experience that combines the art of calligraphy with mindfulness. In this session, we will explore the meditative and calming qualities of calligraphy, and how it can help us connect with our inner selves.

Session Outcomes: Our intention is for you to get a broad understanding of Calligraphy as well as find time to be present.

Duration: 2 hour

In each session, you will receive:

1. 30 minutes of basic drill and mindfulness

2. 60 minutes of self practice & consultation

3. Last 30 minutes to review of the overall work of the participants

Rationale Behind Course Structure

By focusing on the present moment and creating beautiful letters and strokes, we can quiet our minds and find a sense of peace and relaxation. Whether you are a seasoned calligrapher or a beginner, this experience is open to all who wish to explore the intersection of art and mindfulness. Let's begin this journey of self-discovery and creativity together.
